Search & Recovery

Sunday night was another great evening for Venturing Crew 2287. The theme for the night's activity was: Search and Recovery Experience. Crew members were able to practice rigging and lifting weighted objects from the pool with lift bags; and were able to practice running search lines in the pool at the Aquacenter. This was followed by refeshments (thanks Gloria). As always, a special thanks to the staff that were gracious enough to give their time: Bill Cowley, Gloria Kolenc, Rob Harrellson, Angelina Weller and Fred Roethler. Next month will be a Digital Underwater Photography experience. Bring a blank cd or a memory stick to download YOUR photos to. As always, bring a friend. If you are between the ages of 14 to 21 you can participate in the crew activities. You DO NOT have to be certified to participate. We offer Discover Scuba at each activity for anyone not certified.
